This place was a decent fit for a weekend trip in Daytona Beach Shores with nice value for money. The room was clean upon arrival, but make sure to bring your own coffee creamer, as they didn’t provide any. If Wi-Fi is important, consider confirming availability before your stay.

We had a lovely family getaway, and the location couldn't be better! With the beach just a stroll away, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The onsite sun terrace offered a great spot to soak in the sun after spending time at the beach.

My kids wished the pool was open. it was a letdown for them. It would have been great if the hotel provided earlier notice about the pool's status. A little more communication about amenities would definitely benefit families.

Great view and chill vibes!

Just spent 2 nights in a studio with ocean view, and I gotta say, the balcony was my fave spot! I could’ve chilled there all day, just listening to the waves. The room was clean and had good Wi-Fi. There’s also a nice picnic area, which was pretty neat. But the parking situation could’ve been better.

The beachfront access was excellent for enjoying the ocean sounds. Staff communication was unresponsive, which made check-in a hassle.

We loved hitting the mini golf course and relaxing at the sun terrace. The beach was just a short walk away! Just a heads up, the towels could be a bit sparse, so plan ahead. Overall, great location and fun activities nearby!

The only downside was the limited towels provided, which was inconvenient during our stay.

the best part of my stay at pirates cove resort studios was the stunning ocean right outside my room. it's super close to the pier where there's a nice restaurant, which made dining easy. plus, the ocean view from the studio was lovely, really added to the whole vibe.

Unfortunately, the stay wasn't without issues. The absence of proper maintenance was evident. the AC struggled to cool the room effectively during warm nights. The pool was closed due to ongoing renovations, which wasn’t disclosed prior to arrival. The floor had a sticky residue, requiring slippers to feel comfortable, and the toilet occasionally failed to flush properly. Also, the patio lock was replaced with a makeshift latch that didn’t inspire confidence. Overall, these highlighted inconveniences detracted from the enjoyment of the poolside atmosphere I was after.

The great shower pressure and cool air conditioning made our stay pleasant, but the unfinished pool and checking in was frustrating. I might consider a repeat visit.
